There are at least 4 ways Trump could try to stay in power for a third term

  1. Generate a movement to repeal the 22nd Amendment directly.

  2. Exploit a little-noticed loophole in the amendment that might allow him to run for vice president and then immediately ascend back to the presidency.

  3. Run for president again on the bet that the Supreme Court won’t stop him.

  4. Simply refuse to leave.
